National Cat Day

So apparently today is national cat day.  It couldn't have come at a better time either. A girl at work found (for the second time this year) a litter of kittens behind the building in a stack of pallets. The mother was believed to be absent for a long period of time and explained why the kittens were out roaming around. The kittens were brought in, fed and given a snuggly warm place to sleep. This ended up being my coat, (RIP Coat) I suppose I needed a new on anyways. I ended up fostering 3 of them last night until we could get them checked out by a vet and to proper homes. I'm happy to report that they have all been spoken for and should all be going to their furever homes by the end of the week.

Before I gave them up though, I snapped some pictures of them that just so happened to have coincided with national cat day. So in honor of National Cat Day, My beloved coat that was sacrificed and the probable rabies and tetanus I have acquired in attaining the last 2 kittens, I give you:

kitten pictures.

dat face.

someone wanted to say hello

I was worried at first that Bear would try to eat the kitten or the kitten would lash out at Bear...

They actually ended up being incredibly cute together.

what's that little white spot behind kittens head?
it looks like...
A wild Bear appears!
Someone was jealous of the attention!

Everything went better than expected.
